1. About BuzzTrap
BuzzTrap is an independently operated Discord bot that provides features for Discord servers.
BuzzTrap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
2. Eligibility
You may use BuzzTrap as long as you are permitted to use Discord and comply with Discord's applicable rules and requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BuzzTrap complies with the rules of any Discord server where you use the Bot.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BuzzTrap to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse, exploit, or intentionally disrupt BuzzTrap
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BuzzTrap or its infrastructure
- Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures
- Abuse premium codes or other access mechanisms
- Interfere with the availability or operation of the Bot
- Use BuzzTrap in a way that violates Discord's rules
4. Server Configuration
Certain BuzzTrap information may be stored when server administrators manually configure features.
Server administrators are responsible for ensuring that their configuration and use of BuzzTrap complies with applicable laws, Discord's rules, and the rights of their server members.
5. Premium Codes
BuzzTrap may provide premium codes from time to time.
Premium codes:
- May be limited to specific uses or conditions
- Must not be duplicated or fraudulently obtained
- May be revoked if they are abused or obtained fraudulently
When a premium code is redeemed, BuzzTrap may associate the code with the relevant Discord User ID and, where applicable, Discord Server ID.
BuzzTrap does not currently offer paid premium subscriptions.
6. Availability
We aim to keep BuzzTrap available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
BuzzTrap may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, Discord outages, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
BuzzTrap relies on third-party services, including infrastructure provided by Supabase.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.
8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to BuzzTrap if we reasonably believe that you violate these Terms, abuse BuzzTrap, attempt to compromise the Bot, or fraudulently use premium codes.
You may stop using BuzzTrap at any time by removing the Bot from your server.
9. Disclaimer
BuzzTrap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that BuzzTrap will always be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be updated.
Continued use of BuzzTrap after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where legally applicable.
