1. Information We Collect
BuzzTrap is designed to collect and store as little personal information as possible.
BuzzTrap does not automatically store:
- Your messages
- Your Discord username
- Your Discord avatar
- Your IP address
- Your email address
- Photos or attachments
- The contents of your Discord messages
BuzzTrap may store information when you or a server administrator explicitly configure or use a feature that requires it.
This may include:
- Discord User IDs
- Discord Server (Guild) IDs
- Configuration data manually set by users or server administrators
- Information associated with premium codes
2. Premium Codes
If you receive or redeem a premium code, BuzzTrap may store your Discord User ID to identify the user associated with that code.
When a premium code is redeemed for a Discord server, BuzzTrap may also store the Discord Server ID associated with the redemption.
This information is used to manage and validate the relevant premium entitlement.
BuzzTrap does not currently process payments or sell premium subscriptions.
3. How We Use Information
Stored information may be used to:
- Provide and operate BuzzTrap's features
- Remember server configurations
- Validate premium codes
- Associate premium codes with users or servers
- Prevent misuse or unauthorized use of features
- Maintain the functionality and security of the bot
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Storage
BuzzTrap stores applicable data using Supabase.
BuzzTrap does not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period for stored configuration or premium-related information. Data may remain stored for an indefinite period unless it is manually removed by us or deletion is otherwise required.
5. Discord
BuzzTrap operates through Discord and may interact with Discord's services.
BuzzTrap is not operated by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of information associated with you or your Discord server by contacting us.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant data, such as your Discord User ID or Server ID where appropriate.
7. Children's Privacy
BuzzTrap does not intentionally collect personal information from children and does not impose an additional age requirement beyond the requirements applicable to your use of Discord.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.
